Local Travel Ultrasound Technician West of Albuquerque, New Mexico Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm specializing in healthcare workforce solutions, is partnering with a client in Albuquerque, New Mexico to hire an experienced Local Travel Ultrasound Technician for a 13-week contract. This position offers competitive weekly compensation up to $2,700 based on experience and is ideal for ultrasound professionals seeking a short-term assignment with strong clinical variety.Assignment Details
- Location: West of Albuquerque, New Mexico*
- Contract Length: 13 weeks*
- Schedule: Full-time*
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,700 based on experience
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders*
- Conduct OB, General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound studies*
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams*
- Accurately document findings and communicate results to the care team*
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow imaging protocols*
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- OB Ultrasound experience*
- General Ultrasound experience*
- Vascular Ultrasound experience*
- Breast Ultrasound experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field*
- Active ARDMS certification required*
- Current BLS certification*
- Ability to work in New Mexico
