Job Description:
As a Local Travel CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate and professional manner. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings within the Weiser area.
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.*
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.*
- Help patients with mobility and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety.*
- Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.*
- Provide support to nursing staff and contribute to the overall care team.*
- Maintain patient hygiene and assist with wound care, as directed.*
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms.*
- Assist with patient transfers and transportation as needed.*
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.*
- Current CNA certification in the state of Idaho.*
- Valid CPR certification.*
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.*
- At least 6 months of experience in a CNA role is preferred.*
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay up to $26.50/hour, based on experience.*
- 13-week contract assignment.*
