Travel/Contract Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse- Nights- Up to $2340/WK!

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Kentucky or a compact state.
  • Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, EKG certification.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, or ICU setting; Level I or Level II Trauma experience required.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to read and interpret tele strip; strong clinical skills; reliable, adaptable, team-oriented, and resilient; proficient in charting systems (Care View/EPIC preferred).

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical and Telemetry nursing care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
  • Assess patient conditions, interpret tele strip readings, and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and revise patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities utilizing Care View or EPIC systems.
  • Float across Med Surg and Telemetry units, providing support to other inpatient areas as needed and assisting as an aide when necessary.
