Travel OB Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery - South of San Jose, CAContract Length: 8 WeeksCompensation: Up to $3,240 per week (based on experience) Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel OB RN for a premier healthcare facility in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D nurse who is passionate about womens health and newborn care to make a meaningful impact while enjoying one of Californias most charming regions.Job Description
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care*
- Monitor fetal heart rates, vital signs, and labor progression to ensure patient safety*
- Administer medications and assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures*
- Educate and support mothers and families on postpartum and newborn care*
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality patient care*
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Current CA RN License (required)*
- 12 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience (required)*
- Recent Mother-Baby/Newborn experience (required)*
- Current BLS certification (required)*
- Current NRP certification (required)*
- Current STABLE certification (required)*
- Fetal Heart Monitoring certification updated every two years (required)
