Job Responsibilities

• Support daily financial and accounting operations for assigned healthcare programs*
• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial reports and account balances*
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, perform data analysis, and track financial performance*
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities*
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards*
• Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional departments to support operational initiatives*
• Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency*
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information*
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint*
• Complete additional accounting and financial projects as assigned

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field*
• Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience*
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills*
• Strong written and verbal communication skills*
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team*
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks*
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in physician practice accounting*
• Experience in hospital accounting*
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting*
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities*
• Ability to remain focused and productive despite interruptions*
