Local Travel LVN (SNF) – 13-Week Contract | Near Eureka, CaliforniaWeekly Pay Up to $2,260 Based on Experience

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Eureka, California, to hire an experienced Local Travel Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13-week contract assignment. LVN Job Description

  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility*
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians*
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and progress*
  • Assist with assessments and development of individualized care plans*
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff*
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and quality standards*
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions and communicate updates to the healthcare team*
  • Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatments*
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records*
  • Support a positive, compassionate, and patient-centered environment

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing*
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program*
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required*
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting*
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills*
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
