Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Local Travel LVN for a 13-week contract at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility near Reno, NV. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to expand their experience in a supportive healthcare setting while earning competitive pay.

Job Description:

Provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.*
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed.*
Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.*
Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.*
Collaborate with RNs and other medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.*
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care.

Education & Certification Requirements:

Active LVN license in the state of California.*
Minimum 1 year of LVN experience (SNF experience preferred).*
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).*
Strong communication and organizational skills.*
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
