Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a recognized culinary or cooking certification program.

Certifications Requirements:

Valid Cook certification.*
Food Handlers or ServSafe certification (preferred).*
CPR certification (preferred).

Experience Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.*
Experience handling large-scale food production.*
Familiarity with healthcare dietary requirements and special diets.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work 8a-5p shifts with guaranteed hours.*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.*
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
