Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Travel Assignment

Facility: Coweta Care & Rehab CenterAddress: 30049 E 151st Street S, Coweta, OK 74429Contract: 13 weeksPay: $35/hourSchedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 5 shifts/week, 40 hours per weekFloating: May be required to cover other facilities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Active COTA license in Oklahoma

  • Minimum relevant experience in rehab or LTC

  • Must work scheduled shifts and float as needed

  • Must use facility EMR / timekeeping system

  • Must start ASAP and complete full contract
