Job Title: CT Technologist
Shift: Mid Shift | 11:00 AM – 9:30 PMLocation: Roswell, New MexicoEmployment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Roswell, NM. The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging results. This position works a mid shift from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM and supports evening imaging needs.
Residency Requirement: Candidates must live at least 50 miles outside of Roswell, NM.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and physician orders
Ensure patient identification, safety screening, and proper positioning
Administer contrast media as required, following safety and infection control guidelines
Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs or adverse reactions
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Follow all departmental policies, regulatory standards, and radiation safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
Participate in quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and continuing education
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT (CT) certification required (or ARRT Radiography with CT certification eligibility)
Current New Mexico Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of CT experience preferred (new graduates with CT training may be considered)
Strong knowledge of CT anatomy, protocols, and radiation safety
Skills & Competencies

Work Schedule
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
May include weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities as required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift and position patients with or without assistance
Manual dexterity to operate imaging equipment
