Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (T-LNA) 9 Week Contract Location: Newport, Vermont Setting: Skilled Nursing / Healthcare Contract Length: 9 Weeks Start Date: March 30, 2026 End Date: May 25, 2026 Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Shifts per Week: 5 Guaranteed Hours: 37 hours/week Job Overview We are seeking a Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (T-LNA) to support patient care in a skilled nursing environment. The T-LNA will assist healthcare staff in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality care delivery
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
