Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) 12 Week Contract Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire Setting: Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 12 Weeks Start Date: March 2, 2026 End Date: May 18, 2026 Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Shifts per Week: 5 Guaranteed Hours: 37 hours/week Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The LNA will assist healthcare staff in providing quality care and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Document care provided in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
