Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care
