This role involves supporting nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Document care provided in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality care Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transitions
