The ideal candidate will provide compassionate hands-on care to residents while supporting nursing staff in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

This role requires strong attention to resident needs and the ability to work effectively within a structured healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Document care activities accurately according to facility standards Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team membersAssignment Details Start Date: 05/10/2026 End Date: 07/05/2026 Shift: Evening Shift Time: 15:00 23:00Requirements Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (VT/NH) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or as required by facility
