Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) VT/NH GUARANTEED HOURS

Guaranteed Hours: 37 hours/week Pay Rate: $18.66 $21.77- NH /hr

JOB DETAILS

• Offerings: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)• Profession: LNA• Specialty: Licensed Nursing Assistant VT/NH• Contract Type: Travel Assignment• Schedule Note: Every other weekend and some holidays

SHIFT INFORMATION

• Shift Start Time: 07:00:00• Shift End Time: 15:00:00• Shift Duration: 8 hours• Number of Shifts: Based on 37 guaranteed hours/week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
  • Assist with basic clinical and non-clinical nursing tasks as directed
  • Support infection control and hygiene protocols within the care environment
  • Document patient observations and care activities as required
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care delivery
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license VT/NH eligibility required
  • Must meet CNA/LNA equivalent experience requirements
  • Compliance with all facility onboarding and credentialing standards
  • Valid state or federal identification required
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
  • Ability to work assigned schedule including every other weekend and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, repositioning, and standing for long periods
  • Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
