Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Contract Location: New Hampshire Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Mid-Level Guaranteed Hours 37 hours per week Pay Rate: $20.94-$24.43 per hour Shift Details 15:00 23:00 (Evening Shift) Number of Shifts: 5 Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining comfort, dignity, and safety.
The LNA will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to deliver quality care, observe patient conditions, and support a positive and responsive care environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide basic patient care under supervision Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs Maintain accurate patient observations and documentation Follow established care plans and facility protocols Assist nursing staff with care delivery and support tasks Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment Requirements State or federal issued identification required Must wear a photo badge at all times
