• Shift: Night Shift• Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM• Number of Shifts: 3 shifts weekly (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)• Contract Length: 13 Weeks• Start Date: 05/22/2026• End Date: 08/14/2026• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Exeter, New Hampshire. The LNA will provide direct patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight shifts.
This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, supporting nursing staff, and contributing to a positive and supportive healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff• Record vital signs and document patient care activities accurately• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning safely• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families• Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in Vermont or New Hampshire• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts• Availability to work every other weekend• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
