Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) VT/NH
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily living activities and work closely with the nursing team to ensure quality care delivery.

- Pay Rate: $17,40-$20,30 per hour
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Support mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment
- Communicate patient needs to licensed nursing staff
- Follow established care plans and facility protocols
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont and/or New Hampshire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required per facility guidelines
- Minimum of 6 12 months of patient care experience preferred
- Ability to start within 2 weeks or less
- Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption as required by facility policy
