State or federal-issued photo ID must be presented at the facility and worn as a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine, or present a documented religious/medical exemption from their employer. Overtime is not guaranteed. Every other weekend availability required. |
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and promptly report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a long-term or post-acute setting.
- Maintain infection control and resident safety standards in all care activities.
- Support nursing team and interdisciplinary care planning.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered LNA licence in New Hampshire - required.
- Minimum 6 months of SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
