JOB OVERVIEW Seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. SHIFT DETAILS• Shift Time: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM• Meal Break: 30 Minutes• Day Shift• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday• Every Weekend Required
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAYGuaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: $18.66 - $21.77 per hour
REQUIREMENTS• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Certification• Current VT or NH LNA License in Good Standing• Previous long-term care or patient care experience preferred• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION• ASAP starts needed• State or federal ID required• Photo badge must be worn at all times• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required• 37 guaranteed hours per week• Bonus eligibility requires no more than two call-outs and no NCNS (No Call No Show) occurrences• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff• Measure and document vital signs as directed• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation• Support patient dignity, comfort, and independence• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards• Contract assignment offering schedule stability and valuable clinical experience• Excellent opportunity for LNAs seeking consistent day-shift hours with weekend scheduling• Work in a patient-focused environment while delivering compassionate, high-quality care• Ideal for healthcare professionals seeking professional growth and meaningful patient interactions
