Job Description

Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Location: Rutland, VT

Assignment Details:• Duration: 13 weeks• Completion Bonus: $1,000 (eligible after successful completion of assignment with no more than 2 call-outs and no NCNS)

Position Summary:The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.

Responsibilities:• Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and mobility• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff• Support patients with meals and hydration• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient areas• Follow infection control and facility policies

Qualifications:• Active Vermont LNA license (or compact equivalent)• Current BLS certification• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred• Reliability and professionalism required for bonus eligibility
