Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 14 Week Contract Location: St. Albans, Vermont Setting: Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 14 Weeks Start Date: March 31, 2026 End Date: June 30, 2026 Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Estimated Pay Rate: $30 $44 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week contract assignment in St. Albans, Vermont. The LPN will provide direct patient care and support nursing teams in delivering high-quality clinical services.

This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Assist patients with activities of daily living as needed Collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards Support a clean and safe patient care environment Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Vermont Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
