Location: Keene, New Hampshire Setting: Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 9 Weeks Start Date: June 22, 2026 End Date: August 17, 2026 Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Number of Shifts: 4 Shifts Weekly (Monday Thursday) Guaranteed Hours: 34 Estimated Pay Rate: $36.33 $42.39 per hour Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week travel contract assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support clinical operations within a skilled nursing environment.

This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision Administer medications and prescribed treatments Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs Assist with care planning and patient assessments Support patients with daily living activities as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Follow infection control and safety protocols Ensure patient dignity, safety, and comfort at all times Requirements Active LPN/LVN license required Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred Current BLS certification required Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Ability to work evening shifts and weekday schedules Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Must comply with facility health and safety requirements Valid government-issued photo identification required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required
