Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
- PointClickCare experience required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Traveler must reside within 100 miles of the facility.
- PointClickCare experience is mandatory.
- Guaranteed weekly hours.
- Dress Code: Nurses wear navy blue scrubs.
- Crocs are not permitted per facility policy.
- Must bring valid government-issued identification and wear a photo badge while on assignment.
