Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience required.
- Previous nursing home or skilled nursing facility experience required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Must bring valid government-issued identification and wear a photo badge while on assignment.
