TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week travel assignment in Laconia, New Hampshire. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care during long day shifts.

This role involves administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, documenting clinical information, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately• Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status• Assist with wound care and infection control procedures• Support resident care needs during extended day shifts• Report changes in patient condition to supervising staff• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Hampshire or compact eligible)• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred in skilled nursing settings• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment• Commitment to patient-centered and safe care delivery
