Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Location: Rochester, NH• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care• Employment Type: Contract• Duration: 04/20/2026 06/15/2026

Shift Details (3:00 PM 11:30 PM) Number of Shifts: 8.5-hour evening shifts

Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $36.33-$42.38 per hour

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. This role includes supporting care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

This position supports consistent evening shift coverage within a structured long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Support care planning and patient recovery processes

Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
