JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care during overnight shifts.
This role involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status• Perform wound care and assist with infection control practices• Support resident care needs during overnight shifts• Report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Hampshire or compact eligible)• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred in skilled nursing settings• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety compliance
