Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Contract

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week Estimated Pay Rate: $30.60 $35.70 per hour

Shift Times Day Shift: 07:00 19:00

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will support patient well-being by delivering compassionate nursing care and assisting with daily clinical activities.

This role involves working closely with registered nurses and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures Document patient information accurately in medical records Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to support care plans Observe and report changes in patient condition Maintain a clean and safe care environment Follow infection control and safety protocols Support patient mobility and rehabilitation efforts

Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Ability to work every other weekend
