Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Contract Location: New Hampshire Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Mid-Level Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week Pay Rate: $36.33-$42.38 per hour Shift Details 06:45 19:15 (Day Shift) Number of Shifts: 3 Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting on a contract assignment. This role focuses on supporting patient health, administering treatments, and assisting with daily nursing care under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
The LPN will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and facility protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions Support patients with daily care and comfort needs Assist with care planning and implementation Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams Respond to changes in patient condition Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements State or federal issued identification required Must wear a photo badge at all times Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required for applicable state
