- Dates: 11/02/2026 - 02/01/2027 (13 weeks)
- Shift: Nights, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)

Requirements
- Active Vermont or multistate (NLC) LPN license
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
