OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term CareBennington, Vermont, United StatesStart date 11/18/2026 | Duration: several weeks | Weekly pay: 2,147–2,199 per week | Guaranteed hours: 40 | Shift: Evening and/or Overnights | Setting: Skilled Nursing FacilityThis is a travel, temporary assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The role requires delivering hands-on nursing care in a long-term care environment, coordinating with the care team to meet resident needs during evening and overnight shifts.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: 2,147–2,199 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Contract duration: several weeks- Shift: Evening and/or Overnights- Start date: 11/18/2026- Setting: Skilled nursing facility (long-term care)Responsibilities- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to residents during evening and overnight shifts, including monitoring status and responding to changes in condition.- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.- Perform routine assessments, document findings, and escalate any clinical concerns to the supervising RN or physician promptly.- Assist with activities of daily living, wound care, and rehabilitation support as part of the interdisciplinary team.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure accuracy of MARs, flowsheets, and care plans.- Ensure resident safety, infection prevention practices, falls prevention, and adherence to resident rights and privacy standards.Requirements- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Vermont- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts in a long-term care setting- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred- Ability to pass orientation and comply with facility policies and travel assignment requirementsBenefits and Support- Travel assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC- Credentialing and onboarding assistance- Ongoing clinical and recruiter support throughout the assignment- Clear communication and access to resources for questions or concernsFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other travel nursing openings at Healthforce Healthcare LLC, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply to view additional opportunities and apply.Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
