OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term CareLocation: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United StatesStart date: 09/28/2026Duration: 8 weeksWeekly pay: 1,337–1,380 per weekGuaranteed hours: 36 hours per weekShift: 3x12 Night shifts (18:00–06:30)Setting: LTC – Nursing HomeKey Highlights- Weekly pay: 1,337–1,380 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week- Contract duration: 8 weeks- Shift: 3x12 night shifts- Start date: 09/28/2026- Work setting: Long-term careResponsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision of a registered nurse- Administer medications and document administration accurately in the charting system- Monitor residents’ conditions, measure vital signs, and report changes promptly- Assist with activities of daily living and basic wound care, while promoting resident comfort and safety- Collaborate with the care team, including RNs, physicians, and certified nursing assistants, to implement and adjust care plans- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, follow facility policies, and ensure compliance with resident rights and safety standardsRequirements- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico (active)- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (Diploma or equivalent)- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred- Ability to work night shifts (18:00–06:30) and maintain patient safety and quality of care- Effective communication and documentation skills; able to collaborate with interdisciplinary team- Must be able to work in a long-term care environment and meet physical and cognitive demands of the roleBenefits and Support- Dedicated travel and assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC- Assignment coordination and ongoing recruiter support throughout the contract- Clear, transparent pay structure with guaranteed hours during the assignment- Access to credentialing and licensure support as needed for the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other open positions available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply to view additional travel assignments and apply online.Pay disclaimerPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
