You’ll support activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and hydration, and help develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, therapists, social workers, and families. You’ll mentor and supervise CNAs, promoting best practices for safety, infection control, fall prevention, and accurate documentation.
