OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse | Long-Term Care | Woodstock, Vermont, United StatesStart date: May 4, 2026Travel assignment in weeks (exact duration to be determined)Weekly pay: 1,877 to 1,983 USD per weekGuaranteed hours: 40 per weekShift: Day and eveningSetting: Long-Term Care - Nursing HomeKey Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,877–$1,983 per week (per week)- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week- Contract duration: Weeks (travel assignment)- Shifts: Day and evening- Start date: May 4, 2026- Setting: Long-Term Care facility (Nursing Home)Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration and routine treatments.- Monitor resident status, document care provided, and report changes in condition to supervising licensed staff.- Perform and assist with basic nursing procedures as directed, including vital signs, wound care, and ADL assistance.- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure coordinated resident care.- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, facility policies, and infection control protocols.- Communicate with residents and families in a respectful, professional manner and support patient education as appropriate.Requirements- Current active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility to practice in Vermont)- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program- 1+ year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred for travel assignments)- Ability to work day and evening shifts as required- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain- Ability to pass standard background checks and screenings as part of the assignmentBenefits and Support- Dedicated travel recruiter and assignment support throughout the engagement- 24/7 on-call travel and clinical support- Credentialing and onboarding assistance to expedite start- Coordinated payroll processing with direct depositFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other open roles from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
