OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care | Geneva, New York | Start 05/26/2026 | Travel - Temporary Assignment | 13 weeks | 24 Hrs shift | Weekly pay: $1,194–$1,208 per week | No guaranteed hours | Skilled Nursing Facility settingKey Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,194–$1,208 per week- Duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 24-hour shifts- Start date: 05/26/2026- Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care)- Weekend requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month- No guaranteed hoursResponsibilities- Provide both direct and indirect skilled nursing care for adult and geriatric residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse- Collect ongoing data on residents’ physical and psychosocial status and communicate findings to the RN and interdisciplinary team- Contribute to development of an age-appropriate, culturally relevant plan of care reflecting nursing diagnoses and interventions; involve resident/family and healthcare team- Reassess and revise the care plan based on resident outcomes; coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care- Maintain current nursing knowledge and participate in in-service programs; mentor and orient staff when needed; demonstrate professional leadership in the clinical settingRequirements- Current NY LPN licensure- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting- Demonstrated ability to care for adult and geriatric residents- Ability to work within a 24-hour minimum per 4 weeks and to cover 2 weekend shifts per month- Ability to collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and operate under RN supervisionBenefits and Support- Dedicated assignment support throughout the housing, credentialing, and onboarding process- 24/7 recruiter and travel support to assist during the assignment- Access to nationwide travel opportunities with ongoing employment support- Focus on professional development and ongoing clinical educationFind more opportunitiesTo view additional openings available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
