Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - North of Spearfish, SD 13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $1,800 DOE Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing agency, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a rewarding 13-week contract opportunity in Spearfish, South Dakota. Join a collaborative healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services in a welcoming and supportive environment.Job Description:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans*
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients*
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT*
- Document patient treatment and responses accurately*
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions*
- Collaborate with the rehab team to achieve positive outcomes
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program*
- Active South Dakota PTA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)*
- Current BLS certification required*
- Previous clinical experience preferred*
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
