Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) 13-Week Contract | Jamestown, North Dakota
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a respected healthcare facility in Jamestown, ND seeking an experienced Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment. Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures*
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans*
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely*
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams*
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records*
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions*
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions*
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license*
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred*
- Previous hospital or acute care experience highly preferred*
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills*
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced healthcare environments*
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
Education & Certification Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required*
- Current BLS certification required*
- ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment*
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area
