Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) 13-Week Contract | Near Fargo, North Dakota
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a highly respected healthcare facility near Fargo, ND seeking an experienced Local Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment. Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards*
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately*
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively*
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care*
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans*
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning*
- Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards*
- Respond appropriately in emergency and high-pressure situations
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license required*
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred*
- Acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred*
- Excellent communication and organizational skills*
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities*
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings
Education & Certification Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required*
- Current BLS certification required*
- ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment*
- Additional specialty certifications may be required by department
