Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will support patient treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Assist with care planning and implementation
- Support physicians and registered nurses with clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure a safe and clean patient care environment
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience
- Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
- Must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within one week prior to start or proof of full vaccination
- Compliance with ongoing facility testing protocols after assignment start
