Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel AssignmentNight Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | 3x12 Schedule13-Week Contract | Akron, Colorado

Connected Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment at one of our trusted partner facilities in Akron, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Details

Contract Length: 13 Weeks*
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts*
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)*
Location: Akron, CO*
Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.*
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.*
Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care.*
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.*
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Current and active Colorado LPN license (or compact license if applicable).*
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required.
Current BLS certification.*
Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and adaptability.*
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
