Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift
Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Ishpeming, Michigan. This 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM*
- Shift: Nights*
- Hours: 5x8 schedule (40 hours per week)*
- Location: Ishpeming, MI
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed*
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team*
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals*
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care*
- Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan*
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred*
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills*
