Schedule- Shift: Night Shift (PA)
- Hours: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Monday Sunday
- Pay Rate: $40.00/hr
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Active LPN License (WV or Compact License preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
- Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute experience preferred.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
