Job Description

Mountain View Center is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week night-shift assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home settings and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Active Vermont LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)
  • Must know PCC and have nursing home experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
  • Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home experience preferred
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
