Job Description

Location: East Providence, RI

Schedule: M - F 8a- 4:30p or 8:30a- 5p

Float between East Providence, Pawtucket, and Veteran's Pkwy locations

Setting: Outpatient center

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

$2,885 weekly gross + benefit eligibility

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Travel Mammography Technologist, you will provide high-quality breast imaging services to support early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. Working in collaboration with radiologists and clinical teams, you’ll ensure patient comfort, safety, and the delivery of accurate diagnostic images across diverse care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to obtain high-quality, diagnostic images.
Provide compassionate, professional care while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely interpretation and follow-up.
Maintain and operate mammography equipment, performing regular quality control procedures.
Adhere to MQSA, ACR, and FDA guidelines and standards.
Adapt quickly to new environments and support imaging teams as needed.

What You Need

ARRT(M)
BLS (American Heart Association) certification
Minimum 2 year(s) of Mammography experience
Rhode Island License | Can apply upon offer
Experience on Hologic equipment required
