Job Description

Travel Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Location: Las Cruces, NMShift:7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Nights

Are you a skilled Telemetry RN who thrives on the night shift and delivers calm, confident care when it counts most? Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Travel Tele RN to join a high-performing team with a strong patient-first culture. If you're experienced, adaptable, and ready to float between units as needed, this opportunity could be your perfect next move.

What You’ll Do:

Care for a 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio in a Telemetry unit
Identify and respond to arrhythmias with precision and confidence
Manage patients on BiPAP and high-flow nasal cannula
Administer insulin, Cardizem, and Precedex drips (experience preferred but not required)
Float between Telemetry, Med Surg, and Intermediate Care (IMC) units as needed
Work scheduled night shifts and some holidays

What You Need:

Current ACLS and BLS certifications
At least 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
Strong rhythm interpretation skills and comfort with advanced respiratory support
Flexibility and professionalism when floating to various units
