HOME HEALTH / HOSPICE CASE MANAGER
Hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.
- Prior experience with rural travel preferred.
- Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
- Work schedule Monday - Friday
Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.
