Job Requirements- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in nursing assisting preferred
- Certifications Requirements:
- MT CNA License
- BLS Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care and swing bed experience
- Previous experience working in hospital settings required
- Experience with block scheduling shifts preferred
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a mix of day and night shifts in a block schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
