• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in nursing assisting preferred
• Certifications Requirements:
  • MT CNA License
  • BLS Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care and swing bed experience
  • Previous experience working in hospital settings required
  • Experience with block scheduling shifts preferred
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work a mix of day and night shifts in a block schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
