Position Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a travel assignment at a critical access hospital in Rolla, North Dakota. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, self-sufficient professional who is comfortable working independently in a rural healthcare setting.
You will play a vital role in ensuring safe medication practices and supporting patient care in a facility where autonomy and clinical judgment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with all regulations
- Review prescriptions for safety, dosage accuracy, and interactions
- Provide clinical guidance to healthcare staff and patients
- Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes
- Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license (North Dakota or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 1–2+ years of pharmacist experience (hospital or clinical preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a critical access setting
- Strong attention to detail and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
